1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives 8 mini sweet peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded 2 tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce – Southwest Jalapeno
1. in medium bowl, stir together cheddar, cream cheese bacon and chives. Divide Mixture Evenly among pepper halves.
2. Preheat air-fryer to 204 Degrees Celsius according to manufacturer’s instructions
3. Arrange half the stuffed peppers in air-fryer basket.
4. Air-fryer for 6 to 8 minutes or until peppers are tender and filling is gooey.
5. Transfer to serving platter and repeat with remaining stuffed peppers.
6. Drizzle mini pepper poppers with The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce Southwest Jalapeno before serving.
7. Tip: omit bacon for a vegetarian alternative if desired. Or substitute bacon with chopped sun-dried tomatoes or plant-based bacon bits.
