This grilled corn dish combines the sweetness of honey with the spicy kick of Louisiana Hot Sauce, making it a perfect side for any summer barbecue.
Ingredients
6 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce
1 tsp salt
6 cobs of corn, husk and silk removed
8 lime wedges, for serving
Directions
1. Mix together butter, honey, hot sauce and salt. Set aside.
2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grease grates well.
3. Grill corn, covered, for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until well marked and tender.
4. Cut each cob of corn into 3 pieces. Immediately toss hot corn with hot honey butter.
5. Serve with lime wedges.
Alternatively, serve grilled cobs of corn whole and slather with hot honey butter.
