Simple and delicious, this flavorful butter is perfect with juicy summer corn.
Ingredients
6 Tbsp butter, softened
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce
1 tsp salt
6 cobs corn, husks and silk removed
8 lime wedges, for serving
Directions
1. Mix together butter, honey, hot sauce and salt; set aside.
2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grates well.
3. Grill corn, covered, for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until well marked and tender.
4. Cut each cob of corn into 3 pieces. Immediately toss hot corn with hot honey butter.
