Refund Policy

You may return your item to us within 60 days of receiving your order. The only items eligible for returns or exchanges are Louisiana Hot Sauce apparel merchandise or accessories. Exchanges are only applicable if the wrong size is sent to the customer.

If an apparel or accessory item is received damaged, we will replace the item at no charge. Perishable items (i.e. hot sauce) are not eligible for returns or exchanges – if any perishable items are received damaged or unusable, please contact merchandise@semills.com right away. There will be a replacement item sent at no charge.

Items otherwise marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchanged.

If you are seeking a return for a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment.

You may be eligible only for a partial refund if the item is (1) returned more than 60 days after you receive it, (2) not in its original condition, or (3) is damaged or missing parts and the damage was not due to our error. The amount of the partial refund will be determined by us in our reasonable discretion.
