1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Add sweet potatoes to lightly greased square 200mm baking dish. Stir together lemon juice, The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce, butter, honey, salt and pepper; toss with sweet potatoes to coat well.
2. Cover tightly with foil; bake for about 1 hour or until tender. Remove foil; bake for about 20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are glazed and caramelized.
3. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
